About

I am privileged to be able to travel extensively with my husband. I take along my Nikon D300 and try to capture the beauty we see through the digital lens.

My other interests are: reading, music, quilting, embroidery, and graphic design. I find I am limited now in the time I can spend on these interests. The photography has pretty much taken the number one interest in my life at the present. There are so many wonderful places in our great country that I have not seen yet. I plan to be  document them with  photography as I visit them.

No, I’m in Tennessee. I am impatiently waiting for the baby robins, since the nest is in such a great location to get pictures of the feedings.

Hey, it’s nice to sit in my motel room in New York and see our flowers growing on the trellis and keep up with our robin’s progress hatching out her eggs. The pictures are great.

I checked in to see what exciting picture you had added from our travels or from home. The Pelican is the last entry. I’m excited about what you will enter next. I’m leaving Ohio today for home. Looking forward to seeing you.

    Your loving husband,

I love your photos. I enjoy taking pictures. The older I get the more I love the simple things around me. There’s beauty in the details. God bless you in your travels.

Thanks, Donna. I actually never took pictures when Perry was alive. He was the photographer for the family. I usually ended up with blurry pictures, but with the new technology and lots of studying I have become a fairly good photographer. He would have been proud of me.
